All ticket sales for Creative Sparkle Collective are final. Due to the nature of event planning and supply preparation, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for any reason.

Tickets are transferable to another person up to 60 days before the event (on or before May 15, 2026). After this date, transfers will no longer be permitted.

To request a ticket transfer, please email [email protected] with the original purchaser name and the new attendee’s full name + email address.

By purchasing a deposit ticket, you authorize Creative Sparkle Collective to automatically bill your card for the remaining balance on the 15th of each month. These installments are non-refundable and non-cancellable. In the event of a declined payment, our system will attempt a recharge three times within two weeks. Please be aware that after these attempts fail, your ticket will be forfeited without a refund. If the conference is sold out, your ticket will be offered to the waitlist.

Evolution of the Sparkle: At Creative Sparkle Collective, we’re always working to make our events extraordinary. We reserve the right to update the event’s schedule, lineup, format, or location as needed. Because our goal is to deliver an incredible experience regardless of the specific "who" or "where," these adjustments do not qualify for a refund. Rest assured, any changes will be made with the intention of providing the same high-quality value and inspiration you signed up for!

The "What If" Clause: While we plan to sparkle rain or shine, sometimes the unexpected happens (like extreme weather or other "acts of God"). If the Creative Sparkle Collective must postpone or cancel the event, we will notify you immediately. In these rare cases, we’ll share options for rescheduling or partial compensation based on our event timeline. Please keep in mind that because funds are often committed to the venue and supplies in advance, full refunds are not available.

Missed You!: We can’t wait to see you, but please note that if you’re unable to attend the conference, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or alternative compensation. Additionally, all those lovely "attendee-only" perks—like swag bags and workshop materials—are reserved for those in the room and will be forfeited if you aren't there to claim them.
